I am not typically a very picky eater. When I go into a restaurant, I usually put the best construction on the food, and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. So, when I went into Spaghetti Warehouse last night and saw the cute atmosphere, I was surprised that it was deserted on a Friday night. I discovered why it was deserted when I got my food?it was awful. I cannot remember going to a restaurant and eating food that bad. I ordered the soup and salad. The salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, some croutons, one tomato slice, and one miniscule onion slice. I would have expected a better salad at a fast food BBQ place. Then my minestrone soup came out. It looked like pale reddish brown water with a few pathetic and lonely looking vegetables floating around in it. It tasted even worse than it looked. I have had far superior soup from a condensed soup can. I could only stomach about two spoonfuls of the soup, so my friend offered some of her food. She got the lasagna and manicotti, and it looked like someone had already eaten it. It was equally disgusting as my soup and salad. I then discovered that she did not like her food either. The food at Spaghetti Warehouse is cheaply made and highly overpriced. Please listen to me when I tell you not to go there. I do not have a personal vendetta against Spaghetti Warehouse; I just have never been so disappointed leaving a restaurant in my entire life.
Pros: Cute ambience, and decent bread
Cons: The rest of the food was wretched
