I went into this office to get employment and was shocked at what was going on in the office. As I was filling out my application I heard the office staff curse(GD,the S word and the F word). When I was finished with my application they told me that they would have to do a background check(which usually takes about 1 week) and then they hired me on the spot. I could not believe that a home health agency would just pick anyone off the street and put them into some elderly person's home. I am licensed to work as a nurse's aide but all of my other jobs did a background check on me before hiring me. Then to top it off they wanted me to work a 24 hour shift for 110 dollars a day(that comes to $4.58 an hour and minimum wage is $8.07 an hour.
Pros: I was smart enough not to work there.
