I was just looking up the exact location of Trixie + Peanut for a friend and was surprised to see the recently posted negative review. I have been shopping at this store regularly for over three years and have always received fantastic customer service. As the mother of a somewhat naughty terrier mix, I have had to return my fair share of items and they have always been more than accommodating. Understandably their carrier bags, toys and beds are final sale, but they have been kind enough to replace two of my carriers. One because it just didn't work for my dog (who is an escape artist) and another because my dog was actually able to chew his way through the mesh window. Arguably, this was his fault, however they deemed it "defective" and replaced it for me. As someone who has worked in retail, I have had unpleasant encounters with customers who are impossible to please. While I don't discount this reviewer's experience, I have always been pleased with the service at Trixie + Peanut and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to pamper their pets.
