I can't get a returned phone call from the staff, and they have not resolved an issue that has been going on for months now. I have been told once a week it will be taken care of, and still it has not. The women in the office are very rude, and obviously don't care about residents or properties needs. Moving ASAP! Worst complex I have ever lived in!
