This was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had! We arrived at the restaurant and were told to wait at the bar until our table was ready, when we were finally seated the waitress but us at a table right next to the bar. We asked to be moved due to the smoke and traffic around our table, and our waitress cut us off half way through the sentence and said no very rudely. After waiting about an hour our salads finally came (before our appetizer) which tasted like the lettuce had been frozen and thawed out. Soon after came our appetizer which dinner immediately followed, I ordered a steak cooked medium with a baked potato. The steak had absolutely no flavor and was burnt and dry, which I made aware to the waitress in hopes of her making it right....WRONG! She told me since I had ordered my steak medium well there was absolutely nothing they could do..... "but I didn't order my steak medium well, I ordered it medium." and she responds with "well I wrote medium well". Then I ask for the manager and she walks over to the hostess and is obviously talking about our party (they are both staring and making faces) she comes back and says they can take off $10.00, but no manager ever comes to talk to us and we never once receive an apology for the mistake. So we paid the bill (what we owed only), left and will never return.
Pros: Parking was ok
Cons: Everything else about the place was terrible
