She really, really understands hair and her clients. I've been going to her for about six months, and every time, she gives me a cut that I adore. I work a corporate job, so I want to look professional but not boring, and she strikes the perfect balance. Coworkers, friends, and random people on the street constantly ask who does my hair, and I happily point them to Carol. She's friendly, insightful, and fun (but down-to-earth), and she has the talent to back it up. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a personalized cut, to both professionals who need to look sharp and to those who just want to have fun. Just sit back and trust her, but don't be afraid to express your opinion, she'll actually listen! Oh, and her cuts grow out fabulously.
