We have eaten at the Iron Skillet many times. The food is always excellent, without exception. The cooking is done a few feet away from any table in the restaurant, and the owner seems to be always on the premises.
Service is great, atmosphere is lovely, seating is comfortable, and the food is always exquisite. We have a fine jewelry store just down the street, so sometimes I don't feel like cooking. The Iron Skillet seems to always be our first choice. Give them a chance to please your palate - you will NOT be disappointed.
