The first time I stopped they told me that it would take 3-4 hours for an oil change (that is right apparently their oil changes are that popular)I came back the day I was off at 11 am I was told the same story this time I did waitAfter a movie and some walking(with my 2 year old boy BTW) I came back at 1:30 pm and after a 15 min wait(they where too busy to acknowledge me) I noticed that my car was still not serviced since I had to pick up my daughter from school at 2:05 I told the guy to cancel the job A second guy comes over and tells me that the car was indeed serviced I smiled and told him that he was wrong He insisted and since I was late I decided to pay now and check later The original guy comes out after I already payed him and tells me that the car was not serviced (you could tell where this is going) My money was return and a "sorry man" was all I got after 3 hours of waiting In a few words costumer service sucks (again they are too busy to even say I will be with you shortly
