Cardinal Heating will get it right for the customer!

There are tons (no pun intended) of other A/C and Heating companies in the Seattle area. So how do you decide?
You look for "differentiators". The equipment doesn't vary much. The only difference is the vendor who puts the equipment in. I searched the internet looking for these "differentiators" and asked very specific
and pointed questions from references given to me by companies giving me quotes --- looking for "differentiators".
Cardinal Heating was a company that previous customers "trusted" and they worked to get things right and
ensure you were happy. The latter point being the most important since I work for a Customer Service dept in my company and I know sometimes what is right for the vendor does not make the customer happy. In the end this was the "differentiator" I was looking for.
When my system was installed, there was a hiccup. Closer inspection of my furnace noted it could only take a 3.0 Ton system (instead of 3.5). The re-order of the system caused some mis-communication and I ended up with a Payne system rather than my desired Carrier model. Cardinal re-did the work and made it right even though it cost them for the re-work. The key point for them was this is what made me as a customer happy and they were willing to do this.
One thing I want to note is that I went with a very basic model and got this kind of royal treatment
from Cardinal Heating. There are only two conclusions I can draw from this.
1) I'm a very important person.
2) Cardinal heating treats everyone like this.
I doubt 1) is true as I'm not a famous person that would give Cardinal instant publicity. So 2) must be true.
Cardinal Heating must treat everyone superbly like this.
I highly recommend them and would use them again.
