I've been to this restaurant three times now in a period of about six weeks. The prices are great and the soup is usually good. The cream puffs are a nice bonus. But a cheap lunch at a good price is the best I can say. After three visits I found the same dirty entrance, the same bathroom with the same broken soap dispenser and sink handles and one waitress in particular is always scowling and rude. Yesterday it seemed like a chore for her to take my order and then she came back and asked me if I had ordered the Pho Ga. When I paid for my lunch I held out my hand for the change and she ignored me and practically slammed the money on the counter. I also witnessed one customer returning with a go order that apparently had a leaky bowl or lid not secured and had opened in the bag. I guess you get what you pay for. I went back to the table and removed my tip. I won't return.
Pros: Good price for the quality of food.
Cons: Poor and rude service, dirty atmosphere
