I am a little leery if Grecco's on the St. Croix will make it. \r
Chef Justin has quite the talent but doesn't have the stamina to see things through.\r
I worked with Justin at Bellanote and was amazed at how talented he was and his love for food. However, it immaturity and extra curriculars are those of not a business owner but those of a troubled young adult. He was let go at Bellanote for the extra curriculars and fired at the Afton House for telling them off on a regular basis. \r
I hope he makes it and I sure hope that he has cleaned himself up so that he doesn't skim the top off the business and its investors.\r
