By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. And honestly the shoe selection is nothing special. You would be better off in any department store. I had the worst experience trying to exchange a pair of shoes. I asked a staff member to bring me 3 different shoes and without telling me, he passed me onto another staff member and then pretended like I had never asked him for the shoes. He made me wait for half an hour and completely wasted my time. Then the cashier lady was even ruder and refused to give me a receipt for my merchandise that was final sale. First and last time they will get my business. Avoid at all costs.
