The technicians are salespeople for their 'products'. They hold the 'if you don't you will need a $30k septic system' over your head until you cave. I have had better buying experience with a used car salesman. They also found that my system was miraculously 500 extra gallons. I needed to pull out the title V to prove it was not the size they calculated. In my opinion, you should keep looking for another system.
