as opposed to gwens opinion, I want to share what happens at the PAKMAIL store as opposed to the UPS store. The UPS clerks are GRUMPY, The PAKMAIL clerks are FRIENDLY, I packed a Box Myself - didn;t do a good job, a glass got broken - PAKMAIL clerks FILED THE UPS CLAIM FOR ME - EVEN though I sent it at the UPS store - it was SO nice to get help with UPS's crazy system of fileing a claim, it got paid and I will NEVER go back to the UPS store. Service is the BEST at PAKMAIL.
