The management service at this apartment complex has gone down hill. My husband has lived here for several years and in the last year we noticed the management has become worse. Specifically, the manager and assistant manager, who are both inexperienced and unknowledgeable. Whatever you do, do not listen to the assistant manager, because she will go back on her word and lie to you. Their maintenance is awful, you have to remind them several times to get something taken care of. If it?s something that will take a couple days, make sure you remind them to come finish their work, because they will not remember. That has happened to us several times. If you can, I?m strongly advising you to look somewhere else, because their management really STINKS!!!!
Pros: Decent Location and relatively quiet
Cons: Terrible Management Service and maintenance
