The job the washer guys do is fine. The problem with this place is their customer service. I went to this car wash on a Tuesday last month because they were promoting a discount special for Tuesdays. They did not give me the discount because I purchased the basic wash. The signs do not indicate that the discount is not available for the basic wash. It just says $2 off any wash, crazy Tuesday. When I questioned this to the fat girl at the counter, she was extremely rude to me. Her treatment towards me was so horrible, I wrote a letter to the management telling of my experience with this girl. It has been almost a month since I sent the letter and no one from the car wash ever contacted me. So now I completely understand this car washes position when it comes to addressing customer service issues. They just don't care. The washers do an OK job, but if you ever have a problem, just know that the management at this car wash clearly could care less about your business.
