While Dr. Icard has always been wonderful, his office staff is rude. The last two times I have called for an appointment I was treated as if they were doing me a favor to book it and during my last office visit, which ran past 5pm, the lady who checked me out didn't even speak. She just stuck out her hand for my debit card. Because of these events I have changed dentist.
