I have always had a Love-and-Hate relationship with this Salon. All the professionals in the hair and skin departments are great. The front desk, on the other hand, is not so great (although, they are improving). I have been going to SHIN for years and she is the ONLY person that I trust with my hair. She can do anything (cut, color, style) and she is quick and extremely precise. Her forte: cuts that look amazing, not only when you walk out of the salon, but continue looking great when they grow out. I can go weeks without cutting my hair and it still looks great... not to mention that her styles are always easy to style.
