This dental practice may be fine if you need nothing but routine cleanings. But anything other than that - be careful! I saw two of their dentists within 2 months of each other and they recommended totally different, and very expensive, treatments. They also seem to have a revolving door with both dentists and hygienists - I haven't seen the same one twice in 3 years of going. I don't have any issues at all (confirmed by my new dentist) so I kept going for the cleanings until my husband had the same experience and we decided to change. There are lots of great dentists in West Hartford, so keep looking.
