I thought it would be great to take my family to the tea room for lunch on a saturday afternoon. The wait for a table was insane. They told us it would be a 30 minute wait and we waited for an hour. After being seated the waitresses were so rude to us. You wouldn't believe how they talked to you if you asked for anything. After we ordered it took forever to get our food and people that had been seated much later than we had were getting their food quickly. When asked where our food was they told us they ran out and said they were making more and we just had to wait. An hour after ordering our food it was finally there and we were ready to just walk out. When asked by the owner how our meal was we told her we had been there for over two hours...her response...if we needed the table for other customers we would have asked you to move. I think that one went over her head she completely misunderstood what we meant. The food was delicious but it did not excuse the bad and very rude service we received. I wouldn't go back.
