Unless they have product in inventory at their warehouse, never order from them! I ""purchased"" some furniture from Lofgren?s over 6 months ago that they said would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Every time I call they say it's on the water and will take another 2-3 weeks until it arrives. After my last call when they said another 3 weeks I finally cancelled my order and found something else even better at another company that will be delivered to my house in 7 days. Not only were they giving me the run-around on my order but the sales staff including management are completely indifferent whether you order something from them or not.
