I have used Sunset Canyon Vet clinic since 2000. I have never had a poor experiance with the front desk staff. I understand that, as with all businesses, times can get hectic and a little chaotic. This is doubly true for a business that centers around animals. Things do not always happen the way you want them to. Dr. Portie and Dr. Pitmon are the vets that usually care for my 3 dogs, cat and pony. I have also dealt with Dr. Edquist, and Dr. Pruett. And I have known Amber & Lamar Crossland for many years. When I call to make an appointment, the staff are nice and helpful. When I arrive, they greet me by name. For anyone who reads the previous review, please know that it's entirely possible that ""Austinmom5"" was having a bad day, or she's an unpleasent person herself. That's all for me. Have a great day.
