My Mother passed away 10/13/07. Billy the director of the funeral home did and said things that were very unproffesional. He would tell my family how hard he had to work on my mother and that she didn't embalm well and was leaking. Just an example. We also asked for a family only viewing and yet they had her laid up front for the world to see. we had to ask they keep the door closed as well to have something put in the room for the smell before my father came to see her. They messed up the death certificate putting the wrong name, date, and other information. we requested it to be corrected and as of 1/9/2008 we are still calling about the death certificate and still getting the run around. They have been very rude.\r
My Father is so very upset and simply needs the correct paper work in order to take care of all his and my mothers personal business. How could it take 3 months to get a death certificate when the first one came incorrect only 2 weeks after my mother passed. These people a
