After a negative experience with Fredericks, we decided to come to this page and write down our first hand experience with this local business. We did not use offensive, harmful or abusive language, no personal names or physical attacks, simply what happened. After reviewing our case and this posting, Fredericks agreed to solve the situation with us, and asked us to take the concerning posting down. We agreed but felt we at least had the right to keep it posted for a few days since this is after all what this page is for. Somehow Fredericks managed to get it taken down for us. So be it. We are happy Fredericks will resolve the matter with us, this proves of a good company and good customer service after all. We would recommend this company to others and would buy there again.
