I have enjoyed many a breakfast at the Waterloo Ice on Burnet Rd as it is near my office. The other day I noticed on the Waterloo sign ""try our chili"". What a mistake! Has the manager tried it lately. He or she needs to. I would be happy to drop off a recipe cause your chili is terrible.
