Their claim is that they deliver ""pretty much anywhere in the metro area"" after midnight. I live only across the river in NW - certainly within that range, right? Well, when the entire conversation consisted of the girl on the other end saying simply, ""We don't deliver there,"" and hanging up on me, I guess I learned. It's all of 3 or 4 miles, there's no traffic, and IT'S YOUR STATED POLICY.\r

One star would've been unfair, I suppose, since I haven't actually tried their product; with customer ""service"" like that, though, I never will. There are too many other places in this fair city to get great pizza - why should anyone put up with bitchy service?
