I usually go to a colorist at another one of the hoshi salons, but she was on vacation, so I went here instead (on the recommendation of my usual salon). Needless to say, I left with an awful mess. The enormity of the situation really only became clear to me when I arrived at home, with my dull and overly dark, fake looking tresses. I was tempted to go back and insist on a fix, but the possibility that things could get worse has kept me from doing so. \r
I also felt that this was pretty unprofessional - the colorist who did my hair spent quite a bit of time dissing the color job (highlights and lowlights) that I received from my normal salon. All in all, a very bad karma experience.
