Never will return to Elizabeth Grady salons for services. Went in for an eyebrow wax to have stray hairs removed, told the girl just to ""clean it up a little"" and left the salon with no eyebrows left. Will spend the next two months penciling in my eyebrows. This is not the results I would expect from a so-called ""professional"" salon.
Pros: Nice decor, appears clean inside
Cons: Poorly trained staff that does not listen to clients requests
