For years I have been visiting my daughter and her family in Rocky River for the month of December. I would do my Christmas shopping for my four grandchildren at the toy store, Once Upon A Time. I very much looked forward to it. This year my daughter, who also shopped there, told me that it is not the same. She said that the store must have changed owners or something because there were different people working there, and they were not friendly or helpful at all. I was going to go there anyway because I have been there so many times before, and had some very memorable experiences. My daughter was right. Things had changed. Nobody greeted me when I came in. Nobody offered to help me, I?m 81 years old. The store did not have a very big selection for my grandchildren either. It looked like they were going out of business. My daughter said that this is why she does not shop there anymore and told me that there was another place not too far away, so we left and went there. I was so disappointed.\r
