My family went here (first visit) on a Sunday at lunchtime and it was packed which is to be expected. As we walked in, someone yelled ""find a seat"". Only one 4 person table was available and it still had the previous guests drinks, but we sat there anyway. I flagged the busser about 5 minutes later and that was the only service we got. About 15 minutes later as we were getting up to leave the waittress asked us if we wanted menus. Instead we drove another 20 minutes to Hut's on 6th where we had to wait again. But this time, we at least knew that they knew we were there. This was our first time there also. The food was excellent. The service was probably the best I have had in a long time, especially considering how crowded it was and how horrible the service was at Waterloo.
Pros: I hear great things about it
Cons: The service was so awful, I'll never try the food
