Last Friday I was in Paddy's having a drink and burger. The burgers at Paddys have always been good, but on this day it was the best I ever had..... Chef Doug came out and spoke with me about his new recipe. Red onion, fresh garlic and Apple cider bear. The new plates at Paddy's bring this joint into the new era. I will be back again and again for the great food and cocktails.
