You're better off shopping for the same bags across the hall at Neiman Marcus and Saks! Even though it has a smaller collection then I would advise buying online or through a catalog but after experiencing the worse customer service at this Gucci store I found that Gucci has horrible service in general. I don't even buy Gucci but I had gotten a watch as a gift and it's taking me months to get it fixed under a warranty.
