I was looking for a place to have my son's 7th birthday party. I booked this place and was going to have food for 20 adults and 20 children, the owner promised me there'd be decorations to match my theme and I wouldn't have to worry. There'd be a party planner who'd entertain the kids and they'd play games. My first problem came when they booked my son in a girls room. Then I had to change myparty date because they'd over booked the room. The owner promised they'd fired the girl. When we got there, the room wasn't set up- they were still cleaning it. (including the owner) The decorations were not what I had in mind- very basic, not even a balloon. They gave everyone 1 slice of pizza and then ran out of pizza. (I only had 10 kids and 9 adults). I had brought stuff to put in my party bags, and the owner hastly took them out of my hands and then screwed up the bags, she put whole packs of pens and trading cards in one party bag instead of separating them. At the end, she was upset with me because I didn't leave a tip. I was so upset. I won't go back.
Pros: You don't have a bunch of screaming kids running around YOUR house
Cons: Dirty, rude staff, greedy with the money that was supposed to go to my party's food.
