I am a LONG TIME customer at St. Cyr and I find these reviews to be absurd..
I would absolutely recommend St. Cyr to any one of my friends or family members, and I can honestly say that the receptionists have NEVER been rude to me. At the salon I used to go to (another high end salon in Worcester), the receptionists were EXTREMELY rude and POMPOUS. St. Cyr was refreshing because the receptionists were so down to earth and sweet .
Overall, my experiences at St. Cyr have been nothing short of luxurious and pleasant. I have never experienced ANY of the negative things other women are claiming to report.
My only suggestion to prospective clients- do not listen to the anonymous claims of supposed customers who can't even reveal their identity- but try St. Cyr for yourself and find that the experience is 100% positive.
I encourage more people to post their great experiences about the salon that I love.
