The Spa Downtown on Oregon Street in Redding has so much potential. An adorable Victorian and friendly staff are not going to save this spa unless someone decides to give it some much deserved TLC. The decor needs a professional eye. Much of the equipment is old and should be replaced. The carpet is extremely stained and damaged. HOWEVER, the staff is terrific. I had a wonderful facial by Melissa. I honestly believe it is the best I have ever received. She's warm and personable and is thorough. I recommend the Spa just for her facials alone.
