This is the first sewing center I have been in. It is very nice to talk to someone that actually knows about sewing machines, can answer any questions and do repairs when needed. My husband purchased a serger for me for christmas and they were very helpful. I have gone in several times to sit down with them and my machine to learn the different features. They have been very friendly. They are more than happy to help in any way.
