I live nearby so I'm geographically biased to this excellent restaurant, but tonight again proved Figs knows how to do it right. They've recently taken a week to redecorate inside- the changes are subtle but give a great vibe for a fancy dinner that's accessible for anyone. I've gone in running clothes and I've been there straight from the office, and felt comfortable everytime. Anyway, the meal was great. A delicious take on basil pesto pizza will hopefully make it from the specials list to the regular menu (this restaurant does amazing things with carmelized onions). The generous carafe of sangria was a fun departure from the wine list, and a chocolate tart desert was the perfect finish to the meal. The whole thing cost less than $60 and there is enough leftover pizza in the fridge for lunch tomorrow. Check this place out when you have a chance- it's well worth the trip over to Charlestown, and a great way to redefine what a ""pizza night"" can be.

Cons: Parking can be a pain- take the 92 or walk from town
