This place stinks. I wouldn't wish this on my enemies. There are so many GOOD salons in Houston, you can certainly do better. They are unable to manage their appointments so you can count on a very long wait even if you've made an appointment. On the day I was there, I waited over an hour after my appointment time and still hadn't been shampooed. While I was waiting, I witnessed two other customers walk out. Another girl came back after she had her hair highlighted the day before and her hair was breaking off. They had burnt her hair. Next, a girl walked out while cursing out the owner, Long, because he was being an rude to her. Not cool. Terrible customer service. I finally decided to leave also and cut my losses. Not recommended. \r
