Dr. Hom and staff are as friendly as can be. I'm one of those scaredy cats who puts off dental work until I absolutely HAVE to go--and every time I do, I fear receiving a ""lecture"" from the dentist for having procrastinated so long. From the get go, Dr. Hom and staff put all those fears to rest. He was also terrific at explaining in a very interesting, non-condescending manner exactly what he was doing while he worked on my teeth. We worked out an acceptable future care schedule and payment plan (they contacted my insurance company directly) and I walked out of their office a happy patient. No one likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Hom's office made that dreaded experience as painless as can be expected! I recommend him with enthusiasm.
