I jjust leased a 2 bdrm 2 bath for 300 mthly for 6 mths! Surely not the best place I've ever moved to, but it's cheap and ""ok"" on the inside. For 300 bucks a mth.....I am going to save some money and be close to work. Plus, I can save for a deposit on a house or something. I will get back with you and let you all know how it goes!
Pros: CHEAP RENT, lots of space, low deposit $100.00, short term leases, new carpet/paint.
Cons: Neighborhood, older building/appliances, most have no ceiling fans in bdrooms.
