I wanted to pass along a good experience with these guys. I woke up one Saturday morning and my internet was down, so I called Phonoscope (and your call is ALWAYS answered by an actual person) and they were able to walk me through several things to check the internet status. Eventually, we ended the call with them agreeing to send out a tech (the same day, and in about an hour). However, in about 5 minutes they called me back with another option, and got the internet up and running in no time, without the need to send anyone out. I've had other cable companies in the past, and have NEVER had this kind of prompt, above-and-beyond customer service. They have good rates and good packages, the DVR, HD, and internet are great for the price, and I'd recommend them to anyone tired of having to spend 45 minutes on the phone just to speak to a representative. Pros: Packages, price, service Cons: None so far more
