I've been living here for about 6 months. Absoleutely love it! Couldn't imgine living in a better place! My apartment has many modern updates and was given to me in the cleaniest of conditions. I live in a large 1 bedroom unit on the top floor with BREATHTAKING VIEWS. Neighbors so far have seemed to be friendly. All the staff from the people at the main office, managers, to the maintainence staff have all been really nice and polite to me. They always great me with a smile and a friendly voice. Plenty of guest parking. My garage holds my mildly lifted truck which is also nice. Shoot anywhere in the Bay Area via 280 with ease. I have lived in many apartments before (including the villas @ park merced) and nothing has compared to this living experiance. Can't think of one bad thing about living here.
Pros: VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! Also, Very Clean, My Apartment Is Large, Updated, With Tons Of Storage Space, Large Semi-Private Garage!
