The flowers were delivered later than promised and they died the next day. When I nicely called the florist to obtain a replacement, she refused. There was no reasoning with her. When I asked to speak with the manager, she regretfully handed the phone over. The manager wasn't much more helpful. She only agreed to replace a few of the flowers if I stopped by their store and picked them up myself. When I stopped by their storefront, I realized that they have barely any product available in the store. There are a few plants and gift items and a tiny refridgerator filled with the boring floral staples. Most of the store is taken up by a smoothie and coffee bar. Is this a florist or is it a cafe? Maybe their drinks taste good, but don't go there for the flowers.
