Greater than expected -- quality, booked in quickly and most of all the thoroughness of work performed. I phoned and got in right away but most impressive was the time the technicians took with me to explain and show what they were talking about. I felt like I was one of the regular customers even though I am from New York. Castle Rock is indeed lucky to have this company. I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!
