Our server was rude and aggressive in her manner - she had all the attitude, but not of the charm, of a waitress at a west side greasy spoon - an offensive curt manner. She got defensive about not understanding a drink order (brought an americano coffee instead of an americano cocktail), and rather than admit her mistake kept interrupting me when I tried to clarify what I wanted. Most of the other wait staff during our meal were fine - but in the end, it was generally unremarkable food (hit-and-miss, I'd a nice starter - quail - and a poor main course - pork -. My friends felt similarly about their's) in a delightful setting, at way too high a price. The place always seems busy - I wonder how many are regulars? I personally have no desire to eat there again.
