Great Place...not so great customer service...

I booked a birthday party there last year. No one would return any phone calls when i tried to make reservations. When someone finally answered the phone, they told me that my reservation was confirmed. When i got there, it was a totally different thing. No one knew who i was and my space wasnt reserved. Good thing i got there early. Drinks are very expensive but the atmosphere is nice. Great to go and meet people but not so great if you want to book a party there.
Pros: atmosphere, atmosphere
Cons: get there early for parking, HORRIBLE SERVICE
