Not as good as the Gordon Biersch - but so much cheaper

Wednesday, August 01, 2007
Yes, it?s not real authentic Mexican food, blah blah, yes, corporate restaurant, all that. Whatever, if you?re waiting for your movie to start it?s a good place to grab a beer and a taco. The veggie fajitas are a good value (one order is enough for two) in an otherwise very over priced menu. The enchiladas are very nice though rather mild. The shots are generous, though I can only afford the 1800 out of the ample Tequila menu. Margaritas aren?t bad, but you?d do better at Toreros (401 Broadway E ? On top of QFC). Bottom line, it?s a nice place to waste some time ? it?s certainly cheaper than the Gordon Biersch and a big step up from the other eateries in Pacific Place. Pros: Tecate and Dos Equis on tap - close to the theater Cons: it's a yuppie bar
