Where do I begin. Chinese Shaolin Center was one of the best finds for me. I was looking for a place to learn martial arts get exercise and simply do something for myself. I found this place through a referral. The head instructor Master Jason Carr is one of the best teachers I have come across. The students are such a positive and motivating group of people. There are plenty of adults such as myself and a few younger students. Did I mention that every Wednesday they have Tai Chi, another bonus to the school. I feel as though not only do I learn this great martial art but the exercise that I get is far better than any gym. I feel so much healthier and better shape then prior to me attending. It has been 3 years since I began and I am still learning many new forms and techniques. I highly recommend this school to anyone who is interested in martial arts and doesn't mind getting fit.
