I had a hard time getting a hold of the owner to make an appointment to discuss my wedding. I finally got a call back and made an appointment. She showed up at my work two hours early because she was ""in the neighborhood"". I discussed the details and it took over two weeks to get a proposal from her. The posposal was not what we discussed and more along the lines of what she thought was best for my wedding. WAY OVER BUDGET!! I was so disappointed with the service because she had been recommended by several people in the hospitality industry as well as a wedding website. To make matters worse, I later saw her at a bridal fair, and she acted as if she did not know me. I will never recommend or say anything positive about Melissa White and her company.
