Poor Warrenty Service 8/12/2007

Very poor warrenty service. I have bought over 10,000.00 worth of high end appliances including a whirlpool duet frontload washer. There was a call out on the washer in Jan. 2007 when the door locked trapping a load of clothes inside. It took over a month to get a repairman to the house to check out this problem. Now! again I have a call out on this machine because one of the baffles inside the drum has sherred off. Under that baffle the stainles steel has very sharp edges making it impossible to use. My area is only serviced on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I get an appointment set a week and a half after the call. It's set for Thursday Aug. 9th. Well Thursday rolls around and they call to say the repairman has called in sick and I will have to reschdule. Next available, another week down the road on the following Thursday! What happened to Tuesdays? Just one repairman? I have called everyone including the manufacture. This is the most frustrating experience. What ever happened to customer satisfaction? Pros: Nothing coming to mind. Oh ample parking. Cons: Store currently under remodling no A/C, parking lot full of holes. more
